Cappi, a black female mongrel, was rescued by Poonam and Mufadar with a deep maggot-infested wound. She was weak, in unbearable pain, and brought to AMTM Hospital for urgent care.
Despite best efforts, Cappi passed away on 29/05/2025.
Though we couldn’t save her, Cappi didn’t leave this world alone. She was surrounded by compassion and treated with dignity till her final breath.
She mattered.
She was loved.
And we remember her.

Roxie, a resilient soul, was rescued in collaboration with the Bombay Animal Rights (BAR) team
