Lucky, a black and white mongrel, was rescued after suffering from a severe maggot-infested wound in his ear. Despite receiving urgent medical intervention and intensive care, his condition was too critical, and he sadly passed away on February 3, 2025.
Maggot wounds can cause severe pain, deep infections, and life-threatening complications. Lucky was given specialized wound cleaning, antibiotics, and pain management, but his injuries had already taken a severe toll on his fragile body. Despite the best efforts of our medical team, his little body couldn’t fight any longer.
While we couldn’t save Lucky, many other animals are still battling similar conditions and need urgent medical attention. Your donations can provide emergency care, food, and shelter to animals in distress, ensuring they receive the help they need in time.
