On 25/09/2025, Sheru — a golden-colored Mongrel — was rescued in a heartbreaking condition. A large maggot-infested wound on his neck was slowly rotting away his skin, causing unimaginable pain and risk of spreading infection to his bloodstream.
Sheru is now under care at our facility, receiving intensive treatment that includes maggot removal, pain control, antiseptic dressing, and antibiotics. The wound was deep, but timely rescue has given him a fighting chance.
Sheru’s recovery depends on consistent, high-quality care — and that depends on your support. Your donation will fund his ongoing treatment, nutritious food, and medical supplies to ensure full healing.
