Kalu’s Struggle With a Painful Leg Wound

On 07/11/2025, Kalu, a black male DHS (Domestic Short Hair) cat, was rescued with a deep wound on his leg, leaving him in severe pain and unable to walk properly. The injury, likely caused by an accident or bite, had worsened due to infection and lack of timely treatment.

Every Step Is Painful

Leg wounds in felines can lead to mobility issues, infections, and long-term damage if not treated promptly. Kalu is currently admitted to our hospital where he is undergoing wound cleaning, antibiotic treatment, and pain management, along with regular monitoring by our veterinary team.

Help Kalu Walk Without Pain Again
