Veer’s Painful Struggle With a Deep Back Wound

Veer, a brown Mongrel, was rescued on 13th October 2025 with a severe maggot-infested wound on his back. The wound was deep, infected, and crawling with maggots — causing him unbearable pain and risk of systemic infection.

Fighting Back Against Infection and Neglect

Veer is now under intensive care at our facility. His treatment includes maggot removal, antiseptic wound cleaning, antibiotics, and pain management. Every day is a battle — but he is holding on bravely.

Still Under Care — He Needs Ongoing Treatment

Veer’s wound is healing slowly, and he requires continued dressing, medication, and nutritional support. Your contribution can ensure he gets the chance to recover and walk pain-free again.
