Our Work
Rescue
Our team answers calls seven days a week across Mumbai. When an animal is injured, trapped, poisoned or abandoned, an ambulance goes out. No animal that reaches us is ever refused.
Medical Treatment
Our hospital in Malad treats sick and injured street animals every day: surgery, intensive care, diagnostics, pathology. Treatment is subsidised, so no animal is turned away for want of money.
CNVR
Catch, Neuter, Vaccinate, Release. Our sterilisation and vaccination programme reduces the number of animals born onto the streets and keeps rabies out of the communities they live in.
Sanctuary & Rehabilitation
Our cageless sanctuary in Kolad is home to animals who recovered but could never go back: the blind, the disabled, the traumatised, the abandoned. They live out their lives outdoors, in the open.
Adoption
We find homes for dogs and cats rescued from the streets. Every adoption creates space for the next animal in need, and we stay in touch long after they have gone home.
Farm Animals
Cattle, bulls and horses found injured, abandoned or neglected are rescued and given permanent refuge at Kolad, where a dedicated farm animal space is being built.
Wildlife Rescue
Working with SARRP India and the Forest Department, we rescue and relocate snakes, birds and other wild animals found in distress across the city.
Community & Education
We feed street animals every day, teach humane education in schools, and work with housing societies and residents to make neighbourhoods safer for the animals living around them.
Kolad Hospital
A new veterinary hospital at Kolad, bringing treatment, emergency care, and CNVR to Raigad district.
