These terms apply to your use of amtmindia.org, the website of Animal Matter To Me, a public charitable trust registered in Mumbai (Registration No. F-41718). By using this site you accept them.
What this site is
This is an information site. It describes our work, our people, our registrations, and the ways you can support us. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of service.
Donations
No payment is taken on this website. Every donation, recurring Guardian contribution, and sponsorship link takes you to our Rescue Hub at rescuehub.amtmindia.org, where payments are processed by Razorpay. The terms, refund policy, and receipting rules published on the Rescue Hub govern anything you give there. Tax exemption under Section 80G is subject to the conditions of the Income Tax Act and to you supplying the details required for a valid receipt.
Emergencies
If an animal needs urgent help, call our helpline rather than using a form on this site. Forms are read during working hours and are not monitored around the clock. We respond to as many cases as our ambulance, hospital, and team capacity allow, and we cannot promise that every request will be attended.
Not professional advice
Articles, guides, and answers on this site are general information written to be useful to animal lovers. They are not veterinary advice and they are not legal advice. Please consult a qualified veterinarian about the health of an animal, and a qualified lawyer about any legal question.
Adoption, fostering, and volunteering
Submitting an enquiry does not create any entitlement. Adoptions are approved at AMTM's discretion and always follow a home visit. Volunteering and internships are subject to availability and to our own policies.
Content and ownership
The text, photographs, logo, and design on this site belong to Animal Matter To Me or to the people who licensed them to us. You may share links freely and may quote short passages with credit. Please do not reproduce our photographs or reuse our logo commercially without written permission.
Requesting documents
Certificates, financial documents, and proposals shared by our team are provided so that donors and corporate partners can verify who we are. They are accurate as at the date they were issued and should not be altered or presented out of context.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation, a news report, or a social media platform, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.
Availability
We try to keep this site accurate and online, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or entirely free of error. We may change or remove content at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
