CNVR
CNVR stands for Catch, Neuter, Vaccinate, Release. It is the most effective way to manage street animal populations without culling, and it is the method endorsed by the Animal Welfare Board of India.
Animals are caught, brought in, sterilised, vaccinated against rabies, and returned to the area they came from. They live out their lives on their territory, but they do not breed and they do not spread disease.
The programme runs continuously, with targeted drives in different parts of the city.

Rescue
Our team answers calls seven days a week across Mumbai. When an animal is injured, trapped, poisoned or abandoned, an ambulance goes out. No animal that reaches us is ever refused.
Medical Treatment
Our hospital in Malad treats sick and injured street animals every day: surgery, intensive care, diagnostics, pathology. Treatment is subsidised, so no animal is turned away for want of money.
Sanctuary & Rehabilitation
Our cageless sanctuary in Kolad is home to animals who recovered but could never go back: the blind, the disabled, the traumatised, the abandoned. They live out their lives outdoors, in the open.
